QR code only

Free, no sign-up. Everything stays in your browser. Print gives you 4 cards on an A4 sheet (or the poster).

How to get your Google review link

  1. On a computer, open your Google Business Profile (search your business name on Google while signed in).
  2. Select Read reviews, then the Get more reviews share option.
  3. Copy the link and paste it into the tool above. Use Test link to make sure it opens your review box.

Google’s own help page explains this too: Create a Google link or QR code to request reviews.

Where to put your review QR code

  • The counter or till, where people wait to pay. A counter card is the classic.
  • Tables, menus and receipts for cafés and restaurants (print the 4-up sheet and cut).
  • Your van, invoice or job sheet for tradies: ask when the job is done and the customer is happy.
  • The boat, bus or meeting point for tour operators, at the end of the tour.
  • Thank-you emails and your website, using the link itself.

Why reviews matter more than ever

Reviews decide who gets the call. They drive where you show up on Google Maps and in "near me" searches, and AI assistants like ChatGPT lean on them when someone asks who to go to. The businesses at the top of our best plumbers in Geelong and best tours in Cairns lists all have hundreds of reviews.

Quick answers

Where do I find my Google review link?

On a computer, open your Google Business Profile, select "Read reviews", then the "Get more reviews" share option, and copy the link. Paste it into the box above.

Can I just use the QR code Google gives me?

Yes. Google can generate a plain QR code on a computer browser. This tool uses the same link but turns it into a finished card or poster, with your name, a clear call to action and your colours, ready to print.

Can I offer a discount for a review?

No. Google says offering incentives such as free or discounted goods or services in exchange for reviews is fake engagement and is strictly prohibited. Just ask, at the right moment.

Will the QR code stop working?

The QR code is just your review link, drawn as a pattern. It keeps working as long as that link does. There’s no redirect or account in between, and nothing expires.
